The Small Town Lawyer With the Big Heart
When it comes to choosing an attorney three things are important: experience, integrity and work ethic. Louis Erickson with Golden Gate Legal Center has all those qualities, plus he truly cares for people.
Erickson began his law practice in Naples after graduating from the University of Tennessee Law School in 1980. He has been Golden Gate’s small-town lawyer for 18 years, having opened Golden Gate Legal Center in 1997.
During his legal career Louis Erickson has handled thousands of cases involving family law, divorce, bankruptcy and probate, along with criminal and civil cases. He gives his full attention to his client’s problems.
Louis has earned the respect and admiration of his peers and the Collier County judges he has appeared before during the past 35 years. He represents his clients aggressively and professionally.
Erickson is from a family of 14 high achieving children, listed in the 1991 Guinness Book of Records for having the most children in one family to graduate from college. All 14 Ericksons earned college degrees in various fields, working their way through college in the family-owned florist business in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Louis was awarded an academic scholarship to the University of Windsor in Ontario for his undergraduate studies. Erickson proudly displays that Guinness Book of Records and a newspaper article about his family’s achievement in his reception room.
That Erickson work ethic is still very present in his private practice. He will work for you from your first consultation to the final disposition of the case. He will make sure that your rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law. He understands that everyone has problems that get out of hand. And, he understands how to navigate the court system to resolve those problems so you can live a normal life.
Louis Erickson is Golden Gate’s lawyer and proud of it.
